Can I somehow use them on blogger blogs? I'm still not certain what blog to use on reliancemoving.org and I heard blogger blogs are much easier to manage than wordpress if you don't have much experience.

Unfortunately, these themes are not available for wordpress.com sites, they're for wordpress sites which have been installed on the blogger's own webspace.

Bloggers on wordpress.com are limited to the themes which are provided to them on the .com site.
